Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Quickdial (“we”, “us”) handles information for Agent Box at agentbox.quickdial.ai. It does not cover the Quickdial developer dashboard or API, which are governed separately at sign-up.
What we collect on this site
On this website we collect only anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4. We do not ask for, or collect, your name, email, or any account details on this site. If you use the live browser or phone demo, the audio you submit is processed to return a result and is not tied to your identity here.
Calls to Agent Box
When a business deploys Agent Box, calls handled by their agent may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes, under agreement with that business. Callers are told upfront when this happens.
Cookies & consent
Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” on our consent banner. Until then, analytics storage stays denied.
