Privacy on the Agent Box website.
This page explains the public marketing site. Product deployments may require additional notices based on configuration, agreement, and applicable law.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers the public Agent Box website at agent.quickdial.ai. Sign-up, login, and operational product routes are hosted separately and may present additional product-specific terms or notices.
Website information
When you visit this site, standard hosting and security logs may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time. We use this information to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.
Analytics and consent
If analytics is enabled for this deployment, it remains off until you choose to accept it. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer and change your preference. We do not use an analytics choice to prevent access to public site content.
Live voice experience
The browser demo requests microphone access only after you press the demo control. Audio is sent to the Agent Box operational service so the conversation can run. Your browser controls microphone permission, and you can stop the session at any time.
Product workflows
How a deployed Agent Box workflow handles conversations, connected-system data, recording disclosure, retention, and human handoff depends on the customer configuration and applicable agreement. The organization operating that experience is responsible for providing any required caller notice.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, revoke microphone permission in your browser, stop a live session, or contact Quickdial with a privacy request. Additional controls for product data are described in the applicable product agreement.
